First degree of Reiki is the beginning of an exciting and profound journey filled with self-discovery, personal change, love, growth, new experiences and a sense of bonding with a higher power. You do not need any experience with energy work, just an open heart and a curiosity about Reiki. For most people it is not so easy to understand Reiki with the mind, it needs to be experienced.
