Ceremonial Yin

During this deep healing session we will start by drinking ceremonial cacao followed by meditation and yin yoga together with sound healing to reach
a heart opened, soft and calm state.

This is a 2 hour session where the focus is to go deep within, letting the cacao guide us along with the softness from yin together with the vibration of sound. By combining these three elements we open up our heart, body and soul for healing and release.
Ceremonial grade cacao is not to be confused with the word chocolate. This cacao is made from 100% pure cacao bean paste, and is minimally processed. We will be using cacao from Bali, which is locally grown and produced. The cacao will help us go more smoothly into receiving mode and deep meditation.

Josephine will guide you through a 90 min yin yoga while Hesam is performing a sound healing throughout the class.

Yin Yoga & Sound Healing

Come join Josephine for Yin Yoga and Sound Healing.
A workshop where we aim to go inwards. We focus on releasing tension and stress, dissolving blockages, recharging, softening and letting go. A healing and calming moment where you can just melt, land in your body and be with what is.
We will start with 60 min of yin yoga followed by 60 min of Sound Healing. By combining these two elements we will reach a deep relaxed state where we can heal physically, mentally and emotionally.

This is a class where everyone can come to dance, let go, feel, release and go deep.

A type of movement meditation where we allow the body to move freely to different kinds of rhythms to come into a deep meditative state. There is no right or wrong, no steps to follow, just the flow of your own body. 


Come together as a community and connect with your body, heart and soul through movement.
Reiki 2 Training
1-2nd of June
24-25th of August
Reiki Level 2 is the next step towards understanding and becoming fully attuned to Reiki. It takes you up to a whole new level of working with the energy. During this training you will learn how to use the sacred symbols, how to do long distance sessions, group healing (in-person and distance), chakra balancing, past and future healing, clearing and charging rooms and crystals and much more.
The main criterion for attending the course is that you personally feel ready to go forward with Reiki.

The price includes one overnight stay at our retreat house, four meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast and lunch) and the training itself. There will be snacks and tea available throughout the days.

Reiki 1 Training

During this training we will explore the history of Reiki, what it is, how it works, what to do before, during, after a Reiki session, the human energy fields and much more. There will also be the Reiki 1 initiation. This is a sacred ceremony in which one person meditates, while I work on opening the higher chakras of the other to connect you with the Reiki Source and adjust your energy field where needed.
What's included in the price: a full day of training where we explore the healing technique Reiki, level 1 initiation, all the course material, a certificate and snacks.
