Reiki 1 Training

Channeling healing energy like Reiki is our birthright, which means that everyone can do it. A desire to learn and use Reiki is all that is necessary to receive Reiki training.

Reiki 1 is the first step to become connected to the Reiki energy and to start exploring this healing method. 

The focus is on opening the palms of the hands and connecting you with the energy. We will also explore the history of Reiki, what it is, how it works, what to do before, during, after a Reiki session, the human energy fields and much more. There will also be the initiation. This is a sacred ceremony in which one person meditates, while I work on opening the higher chakras of the other to connect you with the Reiki Source and adjust your energy field where needed.  

We will be a small group of maximum 4 participants.
