Reiki is a healing method that helps you get into deep relaxation. It's a subtle but powerful energy. During the session we use a "hands-on" method where energy goes through the hands of the practitioner into your system, which will release potential blockages in your body. This will make energy flow more freely and get you in a relaxing state. Healing for the physical body, emotional body, energetical body and the soul.
